About TBC
The Blazer Chronicles (TBC) was founded by a 24-year old Australian university graduate who loves self-help books. This blog is basically a collection of the lessons I’ve learnt about self-improvement and my experiences as a student and a young professional. My aim for TBC is that it is a relatable space that can help others on their journey to achieving their goals and going after the things they want for their lives.
Why TBC?
The name ‘The Blazer Chronicles’ actually comes from my experience trying (and thankfully succeeding!) to land a graduate job in 2021. Every time I had an interview or assessment, I would nervously put on my ‘corporate clothes’ and psyche myself up to try and appear as some composed young professional who would be PERFECT for the job. I was always extremely nervous before interviews. Wearing a blazer felt like some bizarre intellectual battle suit and I felt like such an imposter in those moments. The Blazer Chronicles is sort of a nod to this imposter syndrome I was feeling during the hiring progress, as I look to the next chapter of my career in a graduate role in 2022.
What We’re About

The goal of TBC is to bring together a community of like-minded people who are supportive of others and who are interested in sharing their triumphs and experiences - good, bad or hilarious - in the pursuit of their goals
